13 day / 12 nights - If you desire to see the complete Morocco and have 2 weeks time, then this tour is for you. You will see the same sites as the Classic Morocco Tour, but also add a visit to our favorite out of the way places of Moroco

Location

Day 01 : Tangier  (B)

Upon arrival in Tangier, depending arrive by ferry or plane, you will find our Moroccan driver that will meet you and take you to the city where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Spartel. Night in Riad La Tangirina  4*



Day 02: Tangier – Tetouan - Chefchaouen (B)

After breakfast, you will leave towards Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco in the Rif Mountains. On route, you will stop in Tetouen for a visit to it’s Medina. Then, you will be transferred to the “cool” blue town of Chefhcouaen, tucked away in the mountains. Riad Dar Meziana
Day 03: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes (B)


After breakfast, you will set out in the morning to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. You will spend the morning exploring the 2000-year-old ruins and getting a picture of life during the Roman Empire. Lunch will be taken in Meknes one of Morocco’s Imperial cities. After lunch, your guide will take you on a tour of Meknes, and then you will head off to Fes, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco. Dinner will be served in the hotel riadmyra

 

Day 04 : Fes - Guided tour

* After breakfast you will begin our guided tour of the Fes medina, one of the world’s largest walled in cities. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and many other art objects of Morocco. A visit to the King’s Palace, the tanneries, and potters are just a few places you will experience. For lunch you may choose to eat in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After lunch you will continue the tour and return to your hotel for the evening. riadmyra
 

Day 05: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley - Erfoud (B,D)

After an early breakfast you will begin your ascent across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the Dec will be spent winding your way through the beautiful forests, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Half way, you will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. On arrival in Erfoud, a hot shower or dip in the swimming pool (depending on the weather) will be a treat after the drive. Palais Du Desert & Spa

 

Day 06: Erfoud – The Sahara Desert – (B,D)

* After breakfast in your riad, you will start an explorative journey of the area aboard a 4x4; you will visit the nomads in their goat hair tent and learn about the desert life, afterwards you visit the Gnaoua people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, There play Gnaoua music , you will learn about them and enjoy their music. Overnight in luxury camp

Day 07: Sahara Desert – Tinerhir – Todra Gorges – Dades Oasis

after breakfast, transfer to Dades Gorge with a detour at Tinerhir famed with its beautiful palm grove, and Jewish quarter. Visit Todra Gorge, the highest oasis valley gorge in Morocco with 300m sheer cliffs and a mouth just 20m wide, Dades Gorge is next. Another great spot for trekking and climbing with the sheer coloured rock everywhere, Dinner and Overnight in a bueatiful Kasbah Hotel in Dades oasis ksar-elkabbaba


 

 

Day 08:  Dades Oasis – Roses Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

 After an early breakfast you set off to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. You will visit one of the jewels of Morocco – Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. In typical Moroccan fashion, the true treasures must be searched out and discovered… usually off the beaten path. After lunch, you will head over the mountains to Marrakech. Ksar Anika


 

Day 09: Marrakech Guided City Tour

 After breakfast, you will have a guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the Palace of the Bahia, the Saadian Tombs, and many other hidden treasures. After lunch, you will continue with the tour on to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous Djemaa el-Fna, one of the center attractions of Marrakech. Day 10: Marrakech – Essaouira


 
* Essaouira is a delightful destination for a day trip, only a 3h drive from Marrakesh to get to the coastal fisihing port of Essaouira & exploring the Jewish heritage presence of in Mogador. Visit also a women's Argan oil cooperative en route. Explore the atmospheric alleyways of the ancient medina and go on a walk to through the old gates, The Mellah (Jewish district) and the ramparts listed as UNESCO site. The Mogador exotic novels will enchant you with the beauty of its cool beach; its mild climate and bustle of its fishing port (have the chance to taste fresh fish). Its UNESCO protected Medina is unique, and its artisans, specializing in marqueterie, will fascinate you with the finesse of their work.
Enjoy free time to wander along the beach, visit art galleries or feast on freshly caught seafood. Dinner and overnight Riad Chbanate

 

Day 11: Essouira – Casablanca

Your last day of travel will take you back to Casablanca. We drive along the coastline to El Jadida then continue on to Casablanca, where we spend our last night in the country.  Hotel Club Val D’Anfa
 

Day 12: Casablanca Guided Tour -

Start the morning in Casablanca with a drive near Rick’s Café, a replica of the set from the movie Casablanca, where the wartime world of Rick and Ilsa comes to life. Head to the waterfront for a guided tour of the Hassan II Mosque from interior and exterior, the largest mosque in Morocco, whose soaring minaret anchors the city skyline. Drive along Casablanca's Corniche, exploring the elegant buildings of the Anfa and Maarif neighborhoods, grand avenues, and architecture that blends modern and Moorish styles. The next stop is L'Eglise du Sacre Coeur, a Catholic landmark in the heart of Casablanca, then a drive past the Royal Palace in the Hubbous quarter. At 12:30pm, leave the city for the trip to Rabat, a roughly 45-minute drive from Casablanca. You'll have the whole afternoon to discover places such as the Mechouar surrounding the Royal Palace, the UNESCO-listed Marinid necropolis at Chellah, Hassan tower, and the splendid Mohammed V Mausoleum. Pause to see the huge Bouregrag river, and step into a maze of whitewashed houses in the Kasbah of the Udayas. Around 5:30 pm begin the return trip to Casablanca, where this tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel. valdanfahotel

Day 13: Casablanca – Airoport

Breakfast and transfer to the Airport of Casablanca for departure.
