Welcome to Buenos Aires! On arrival to the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Born on the banks of Río de la Plata, Buenos Aires is a city of contrasts. Avenues which display sensational European buildings and architectural pieces of work, neighborhoods with, literally speaking, taste of tango and “arrabal” (suburb). A large city with intense cultural, artistic and sports life that shows you an extensive range of possibilities: different sorts of events, a great gastronomic offer and an incomparable recreational night life at the exciting rhythm of a “milonga” (popular Argentinean dance).

Day 2 
Destination: Buenos Aires

Start the day visiting the City of Buenos Aires and its main attractions. Palermo, the region known as Bosques (Woods) and Embassies. Recoleta, where elegant buildings and the most exclusive area of the city, Alvear Avenue, can be found Obelisco, the classic postcard of Buenos Aires and center of porteños daily life. Plaza de Mayo (Main Square): Government Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral and City Hall. San Telmo: History and “Tango” neighborhood. La Boca: Boca Juniors Football Stadium, an example of Argentina’s Passion, Football. Caminto: Artists area. Puerto Madero: The most modern neighborhood of the City.

Day 3 
Destination: Buenos Aires / Puerto Iguazu

At the appropriate time, transfer from your hotel to the airport to board your flight to Puerto Iguazu.
Welcome to Iguazu! On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Iguazu Falls, is one of the most famous attractions. These 275 massive waterfalls are divided between Argentina and Brazil and provide vastly different views and experiences depending on which side they are viewed from. In the "Land of the Falls," visitors can revel in the splendour of the natural forests, rivers and lakes. Travelers also have the unique opportunity to experience the falls and attractions not only in Brazil but in Ciudad del Este (Paraguay) and Puerto Iguazú (Argentina) as well.

Day 4

Puerto Iguazu

Today visit the Argentinean side of Iguazu Waterfalls. Gain a deep perspective of the breathtaking waterfalls, recently named one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Three set of trails and walkways allow exploring the natural beauty of the falls and the surrounding jungle as you walk through the National Park. On the lower circuit take in a view of the falls from below, feeling part of the natural surroundings, and sensing their great magnitude. The upper circuit takes you above the falls where you get a different perspective of the same waterfalls you just saw on the lower circuits. And no visit to Iguazu is complete without viewing the Devil’s Throat Falls, where you stand just feet from the thundering cascades of water tumbling to depths below.

Important Note:

Please remember that the Argentinean Migration is already asking for the payment of the Reciprocity Fee from all citizens from United States, Canadá and Australia. It is mandatory to present to the authorities the invoice of this payment, which can be printed at the moment of the payment for everyone that crosses the Argentina customs (it can be only to visit the Brazilian or Argentinean Falls, to take the flight to Bs Aires, lodge in hotels or in any other situation).

Day 5 
Destination:
Puerto Iguazu / Buenos Aires

In the morning, transfer to the Brazilian side of the falls to start your tour. Visiting the falls from the Brazilian side will give you a completely different perspective of the side of this amazing fall, as you will have the panoramic view of the entire falls. Once you have finished your tour, you will be transferred to the Puerto Iguazu airport located in the Argentinian Side.
On arrival to Buenos Aires, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 6

Transfer from your hotel to the pier in Buenos Aires to board the ferry to Colonia del Sacramento.
Today cross the Rio de la Plata (River Plate) to Montevideo by ferry (approximately 3 hours).

Montevideo is the capital and largest city of Uruguay. Montevideo harmoniously combines modernity and tradition. Day 7

Today discover the historic city centre of Montevideo. The tour will start at the former town gate. From here you will get to know the history of the Palacio Salvo, the President´s office and the mausoleum of Uruguay’s national hero, José Artigas. Afterwards stroll along the Sarandi pedestrian area, to get to Matriz Square, where the Cathedral of Montevideo and the town´s Cabildo are located. From here head to the Port Market, which is nowadays a vibrant market hall, consisting of a huge variety of restaurants and typical Asado Grills - a perfect spot to enjoy lunch.

Day 8 
Destination: Montevideo / Tucarembo / Estancia

Today is a long travel day. Take a comfortable local bus for a five-hour journey from Montevideo to Tacuarembo. The bus has reclining seats and you'll be provided with a typical Uruguayan snack, but as the bus doesn’t stop it's also recommended that you bring your own food. From Tacuarembo it takes a further hour to the ranch, where you’ll be spending the next two nights.

Day 9 
Destination: Estancia

Experience the real deal of a working Uruguayan farm. Although you’re welcome to laze around and explore your surroundings, you can also fully involve yourself in day-to-day jobs around the ranch. These jobs change with the day and the season, but may include herding sheep and cows, branding cattle or injecting lambs against worms.
Don't expect luxury: things are simple down on the ranch. Accommodation is dormitory-style, hot water and electricity are only available for a couple of hours a day and chores start at 7.30 am. What you will get in return is a warm Uruguayan welcome from your hosts, some of the best home-cooked food you’ve ever tasted and the chance to experience true farm life.

Day 10 
Destination:
Estancia / Tucarembo / Montevideo

Today say farewall to the family that hosted us during our stay at the estancia.
Transfer from the Estancia to the bus station in Tucarembo to board the local bus back to Montevideo. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
