Day 1: Arrive Hanoi

On arrival you will be welcomed by our Tour guide before transferring to your hotel. After check-in you will have some free time to rest and then our Tour Guide will take you out for a Welcome Dinner or Lunch depending on your flight arrival.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8am and then we will visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, and the Museum of Ethnology.

The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples dating back a thousand years.

After lunch we will take a cyclo tour in Hanoi’s old quarter and experience traditional street life before watching Water Puppet show.

In the afternoon you have the option to visit museums such as the Hanoi Hilton or Hoa Lo Prison, the National Museum of Vietnamese History, the Vietnam Military History museum, and the Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts.  Our driver will drop you off at your Hanoi Hotel around 5pm.

Day 3: Hanoi - Hill Tribe Villages Tour

Our driver and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8am before transferring to Hoa Binh.  This province is home to Vietnamese minorities including the H’mong, Muong, Dzao and Thai.  Next we will visit villages of Muong and Dzao and chat with the local people.

After lunch we will visit the Ho Chi Minh Trail Museum and cruise on the Hoa Binh reservoir, before our driver transfers you back to your Hanoi hotel around 5pm.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Sightseeing: Cruise Bai Tu Long passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, extraordinary limestone karst landscapes, Oan Lagoon, Teapot and Monster Head Islets. Explore  Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boats or kayaks and discover the interesting lives of its inhabitants

In the late afternoon we will have a Vietnamese cooking class with our expert chef before enjoying an a la carte dinner.

Day 5: Halong - Hanoi

Head to the upper deck to participate in our early morning Tai Chi sesions before enjoying a buffet breakfast on board. After breakfast we boatd the excusion boat to visit Surprise Cave.

We will then re-board the boat and check out of your cabin. Have an early lunch onboard before disembarking the cruise where our driver will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi - Hue

Today our driver will transfer you to Noi Bai airport for your short domestic flight to Hue. On your arrival at Hue airport our local driver and tour guide will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 7: Hue City Tour

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby around 8am before boarding the Dragon boat to cruise the Perfume River.  Our first stop is the charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda), before continuing on to visit King Khai Dinh’s Tomb and King Tu Duc’s Tomb.

After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit Hue Imperial City, the home of Vietnam’s last royal Dynasty, then travel on to Dong Ba Market to see the daily life of local people.

Hue, Vietnam’s former Royal Capital, is a city that represents the outstanding demonstration of the power of the vanished Vietnamese feudal empire, including a complex of monuments, tombs and pagodas that attract tourists coming from all over the world.

Our driver will drop you back at your hotel around 5 pm.

Day 8: Hue to Hoi An

Today you will travel to Hoi An by private car via Hai Van Pass. It is the highest and the most beautiful pass in Vietnam (500m above sea level), and it is the final mountain belonging to Truong Son.

Day 9: Hoi An Ancient Town - My Son

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8am and transfer you to My Son .  My Son was a capital and religious centre of the Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries which were built between the 3rd and 13th centuries.

Next we will transfer to Hoi An for lunch then explore the town of Hoi An, visiting the 400-year old Japanese Bridge, 300 year old Chinese temples and 200 year old Vietnamese former merchant’s houses.  Our driver will then transfer you back to your hotel around 5pm.

Day 10: Hoi An - Free Day

Day 11: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh

Today our driver will transfer you to to Danang Airport for your short domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

On arrival our tour guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta

Our driver and tour director will pick you up from hotel lobby at 7.30am. We will then travel to Cai Be which is a colourful floating market.

Cai Be is known as a wholesale floating market where wholesalers on big boats come to moor. Retail buyers often take smaller boats so they can easily manoeuvre around the markets. Above the wholesaler’s boats are tall wooden poles which display samples of what they are selling.

Our next stop is at local workshops to see how rice paste, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn made.

After that we will board the rowing boat that will take us deeper into the countryside along the smaller canals you will see the traditional houses made of wood & palm tree leaves as well as watch the local farmers fishing.

After lunch, we will visit the fruit garden and listen to the traditional music. Next we will travel by bike along the village paths to see the local farms, houses. Around 3.30 pm we will cruise back to Vinh Long city where we take our driver will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8am and we will depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. home to around 10,000 people for several years, it took about 25 years to build the underground city. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans. enjoying a scenic drive through the picturesque villages.  On arrival we will watch a short introductory video before exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, the most famous battlegrounds in the world.  We will explore the complex tunnel system and view may craters left from B52 bombing raids.  After that we can travel try firing real bullets at the shooting range or go souvenir shopping before your return transfer back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh - Siem Reap

Today you will take a short international flight to Siem Reap. On arrival our local driver and tour guide will transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, our Tour Guide will take you out for a welcome dinner.

Day 15: Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat Tour

Sightseeing: Mystical Ta Prohm temple, ancient city of Angkor Thom Baphoun, a hill top pyramid-temple, Elephant and leper king terraces, the Royal Enclosure Temple of Phimean Akas and the serene Preah Pithu groups of smaller temples.

After lunch visit the amazing Angkor Wat. Enjoy the sunset and stunning views of Tonle Sap Lake, Western Baray, Angkor Wat and dense jungle of Angkor Thom from the top of the mountain temple of Phnom Bakheng.

Day 16: Meet locals by Squad Bike & Explore Floating Village

This morning we experience the countryside of Siem Reap by the Quad Bike. Take a 3hr ride through the villages, visiting the Khmer traditional houses built on stilts, farming areas and a Buddhist monastery. Stop on the way to chat with the locals.

After lunch we will travel by car to the eastern part of Siem Reap to visit the floating village of Kompong Phluk or Kompong Khleang which is surrounded b a flooded forest. Visit local houses in the village before transferring back to you hotel by 5pm

Day 17: Departure Home

Our private car will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your departure fligt home.
